BEFORE YOU ORDER
We take the delivery of your items very seriously. Gifting is our specialty. To that end, here are a few things to keep in mind:

1. If you are thinking about any Special Services such as engraving or Gift Wrap with a Card, please allow a few days for us to ship your order. We process and ship 95% of our Special Services orders the same day but during this busy season, please remember we may be over-sold or buried gift wrapping yesterday's orders. Plan ahead if possible. When you checkout you will find a large square box for Special Instructions. Please place your 'Must be Delivered' date and any other instructions in this box.
2. It is usual for us to fulfill large orders to many different addresses even with each item having different engraving, gift wrap and a message. Not a problem. We would recommend in situations such as this to call us and speak to one of our many experienced Customer Service people.
