Following on the heels of the ever-popular Aurora Mare, this pen displays the colorations of the African continent-- a continent filled with life and color. Aurora takes this feeling and introduces a fantasy with the emotion of a far away land. Aurora, Italy's oldest pen manufacturer has achieved beauty and grace in this new design. The feeling of earth tones with the blending of black and brown with matte trim offers a writing instrument that can only be created by an Italian master such as Aurora. Afrika is a new and exciting limited production series with each pen individually numbered.
The ring, around the pen's body, is in high relief, depicting 6 African tribal shields. The black matte satin crown has a semi-precious agate stone set on the top as a symbol of spiritual harmony and peace. The Afrika features Aurora's classic jewel clip. The Fountain Pen with its hidden reservoir mechanism has an 18kt gold nib.
