Conklin Sterling Silver Limited Edition
History lesson
The Conklin Pen Company, traces its roots to 1891 and Toledo Ohio, when Roy Conklin was granted his first fountain pen patent. In 1901, Conklin patented the 'Crescent Filler' in what would soon become the most technologically advanced and bestselling pen on the market. With Mark Twain as it spokesman, Conklin continued to thrive and became one of the most innovative manufacturers of fine writing instruments.

There have only been 98 individually numbered pens made for the entire world. The Conklin Sterling Silver fountain pen brings new levels of sophistication to this iconic collection. Hand made in Italy, each pen is constructed entirely with solid sterling silver. The pen weighs slightly more than the average pen at 60 grams, about 2 ounces. Its balance is perfect.

The Sterling Silver features an extremely flexible 14K nib for the ultimate in expressiveness. We have instock fine and medium. The possibility to obtain EF and broad exists. The pen is filled by tipping the 'knob' into the pen's bladder which in turn draws a fresh supply of ink into the bladder. An ingenious process that has worked for more than a century.
