The Sheaffer story is historic. In 1913 Walter A. Sheaffer introduced his unique lever system to fill fountain pens. In 1949 the "Touchdown" filling mechanism was introduced, making the process of refilling even easier. Nearly a century after the brand was launched in the back room of a Fort Madison, Iowa, jewelry store; Sheaffer continues the story with the Valor fountain pen. Choose from a black, blue or burgundy resin body with palladium accents. Take a close look at the traditional Sheaffer 14k gold inlaid nib which is also coated in palladium and available with a fine or medium point. Converter or cartridge filled. Everyone has a story. The ink in the Sheaffer Fountain Pen Cartridges have been developed especially with a Sheaffer fountain pen in mind. Sheaffer cartridges fit ONLY in Sheaffer fountain pens. Confirm the shape (shoulder on end to be inserted and edge on the other end) and the length. One box contains five of the same color cartridges. Black, blue, blue/black, brown, gold, green, orange, pink, purple, red or turquoise ink cartridges available. Unsure of the color you favor, try the multi-color five pack which contains one cartridge in black, blue, red, green and purple.

The Sheaffer Converter for Bottled Ink allows you to load bottled ink into your Sheaffer fountain pen instead of loading an ink cartridge. Sheaffer fountain pens have a converter included when you purchase the pen. However, if your converter has been misplaced, order a new one right here. This converter will fit ONLY Sheaffer fountain pens.
