Service, Warranty Work and Repair Services
We stand solidly behind every brand we choose to offer. Each brand has a different warranty policy. Check the warranty that came with your pen. However, no brand warrantees against anything more than mechanical defect. If it’s their fault they will warranty the repair. If it is wear and tear or breakage, they will not.

Colorado Pen Direct does not conduct any internal repair services other than to forward your item to the respective brand for repair. We are happy to represent your interests and process your item for repair. Many consumers who have never made a purchase from Colorado Pen Direct turn to us for service. We are more than happy to serve your interests, even though you made your purchase elsewhere.

To shorten the length of time for your repair you may also interact directly with your brand. We have listed below accurate contact information for consumers to speak directly with your brand’s service team. Should you call any of these brands for service, please mention Colorado Pen Direct as the seller. It will assure a high level of service.

How Much May It Cost?

$24.00	Shipping to the repair center and back to us. Then shipping back to you. (Three times $8)
$To Be Determined	Any service charge from the manufacturer is billed at the actual cost charged to us.

How Does This Happen?

When we receive your item we will email or drop you a postcard acknowledging receipt.
If and when an additional charge is required for repair we will email or if required call you for your approval.
When your item is returned to you an email will be sent with tracking information. Expect a MINIMUM of six weeks for return of your item.

Rules For a Successful Repair or Return

Every day we receive a smashed and destroyed $600 pen in paper envelope. Do we need to say more? You can return your item in any packaging you wish but please be clear that you are insuring safe arrival of your shipment, not us. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY WHEN YOU ARE THE SHIPPER. When we ship to you, we are liable.
When you return an item to us YOU ARE RELEASING Colorado Pen Direct from ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER relating to the acceptance and POSSESSION of your property.
