We process all orders for shipment the same day they are received. Our shipping cutoff is 4:00 P.M. Mountain Time (two hours earlier than Eastern Time).
We ship refills orders under $42 via United States Postal Service in a padded mailing envelope. We may ship your order via FedEx if your order exceeds our shipping package size.
We prefer NOT to ship general merchandise via United States Postal Service as we have far too many undelivered packages via the Post Office. However, if you insist or must receive your delivery via the Post Office, we will be glad to comply. We will ship Priority Mail. If you request we ship via United States Post Office Priority Mail, expect delivery no sooner than ten days.
We reserve the right to ship any oversold items at our discretion. We may not ship oversold/backordered items via Overnight service. We always try our best to get you any oversold items as fast as we can.
