I bought a Pelican fountain pen and it broke: the company sent it back to me, it was not fixed; you did not offer a replacement at a discount rate!!! I own many fountain pens but this is the last Pelikan I am going to purchase; you do not value customer loyalty; your service is unacceptable; your life-time warranty is a fake
We appreciate your feedback regarding your Pelikan. However, no manufacture's warranty covers damaged caused by a user. Warranty coverage is for a manufacturing defect. They deliver a perfect pen and if something damages the pen it's up to you to purchase replacement parts if needed. All manufacturers stand behind their warranties but can't offer new parts for free after damage occurs.
